Vincent Pusateri, Sr.

Vincent Pusateri, Sr. was a distinguished attorney who graduated from Clark University in 1955 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Inspired to pursue law after serving jury duty at the Worcester Superior Court, he graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 1969 and subsequently passed the Massachusetts Bar exam. Vincent began his illustrious legal career by providing trusted legal services to Fitchburg, Massachusetts's residents and business owners.

Throughout his career, Vincent held prestigious positions, including President of the Northern Worcester County Bar Association and membership on the Executive Committee of the Worcester County Bar Association. In 1991, he was honored with the Distinguished Attorney award by the St. Thomas More Society. As a member of the Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association and the United States District Court Bar, Vincent represented clients in courts across Massachusetts, with a focus on family law and probate. His legacy of dedication and excellence continues to inspire our practice.

Sylvia L. Pusateri

Sylvia L. Pusateri transitioned from a successful nursing career to law, bringing a unique perspective to her legal practice. After graduating from Henry Heywood Hospital School of Nursing in 1965, she earned double bachelor's degrees in Health and Psychology from Anna Maria College in 1978. Sylvia then pursued her Juris Doctor at Suffolk University Law School, graduating in 1987.

Since joining Pusateri & Pusateri in 1987, Sylvia has focused on personal injury law, workers' compensation, social security disability, estate planning, and estate administration. Admitted to the United States District Court bar in 1988, she has also contributed extensively to charitable causes and served in leadership roles, such as the chair of the Diocesan Review Board for the Diocese of Worcester and President of Catholic Charities of Worcester County. Sylvia's dedication to both her clients and her community exemplifies her commitment to excellence in all facets of her work.

Vincent P. Pusateri, II

Vincent P. Pusateri, II

Vincent P. Pusateri, II earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Assumption College in 1992 and graduated cum laude from Southern New England School of Law in 1997. Joining the firm of Pusateri & Pusateri after passing the Massachusetts Bar Exam, Vincent has been an integral part of the team ever since, focusing on family law, civil litigation, municipal law, licensing, business organization, and litigation.

Admitted to practice in the United States District Court in 2000, Vincent has served in various significant roles, including appointments by Mayor Daniel Mylott and Mayor Lisa Wong to the City of Fitchburg's Zoning Board of Appeals and License Commission, respectively. From January 2016 to January 2024, he held the position of City Solicitor for Fitchburg. Vincent's leadership extends to his prior service as President of the Northern Worcester County Bar Association.

Gina M. Pusateri

Attorney Gina M. Pusateri graduated cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She began her legal education at Western New England College School of Law in 1999, maintaining an academic scholarship throughout and graduating cum laude in 2003. After passing the Massachusetts Bar exam in December 2003, she joined Pusateri & Pusateri, P.C., focusing on estate planning, estate administration, and landlord/tenant matters.

In addition to her Massachusetts practice, Attorney Pusateri was admitted to the United States District Court in 2014 and became licensed to practice in New Hampshire in 2017. She is an active member of the Worcester County, Northern Worcester County, and Massachusetts Bar Associations. Gina's dedication to her profession and community is further highlighted by her past presidency of the Worcester County Bar Association. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors.

Robin M. Brasili

Robin M. Brasili graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 1996 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Sociology. She went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Policy in Early Care and Education from Wheelock College in 2000 before deciding to pursue a career in law. Robin received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2004 and joined a family law firm in Woburn shortly thereafter.

Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in December 2004 and the New Hampshire Bar in May 2006, Robin gained valuable experience working on New Hampshire Governor John Lynch’s re-election campaign in 2006. She then joined a firm in Nashua, NH, focusing on real estate law. Attorney Brasili was admitted to the federal bar for the US District Court in Massachusetts and New Hampshire in 2007. Since joining Pusateri & Pusateri, P.C. in December 2014, Robin has continued to specialize in real estate law. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two children, traveling to the Cape, and visiting the beach.

Hon. Edward J. Reynolds

Judge Edward J. Reynolds brings a wealth of experience and a distinguished career to Pusateri & Pusateri, P.C. After serving as a Justice of the Massachusetts Trial Court for 14 years, Judge Reynolds has an impressive record of presiding over hundreds of civil cases, including personal injury and property loss claims, commercial and residential real estate construction claims, consumer complaints, environmental violations, and business and commercial disputes. Known for his discretion, integrity, and ability to resolve complex civil law cases, Judge Reynolds earned the respect of both sides for his fair and evidence-based decisions.

Prior to his judicial appointment, Judge Reynolds practiced law in Worcester County for 30 years, initially with Fletcher, Tilton & Whipple in Worcester, and later as Senior Partner at Gelinas, Ward & Reynolds in Fitchburg. His practice covered all areas of civil claims, including personal injuries, business and commercial transactions, real estate disputes, and employment claims. Following his retirement from the Trial Court, Judge Reynolds resumed practicing law as Of Counsel with the Law Office of Ward, Walsh & Rice, P.C. of Fitchburg. Additionally, he has served as a Master Arbitrator and Guardian ad Litem in various Superior Courts. In his spare time, Judge Reynolds enjoys traveling to visit his 28 grandchildren and participating in activities such as hockey, skiing, and golfing.

Ellen M. Stavropoulos

Ellen M. Stavropoulos graduated from Albertus Magnus College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 1997. Following her graduation, she worked as a paralegal and office manager, overseeing a broad range of activities in bankruptcy, criminal, civil litigation, discrimination, divorce, and personal injury cases. Ellen began her legal studies at Western New England University School of Law in 2008 and continued working as a paralegal for the City of Marlborough upon graduation in 2012.

Admitted to practice in both Connecticut and Massachusetts in 2012, and to the United States District Court of Massachusetts in 2013, Ellen joined Pusateri & Pusateri in 2019. She focuses on family law, landlord/tenant disputes, housing matters, and restraining orders. Ellen is also dedicated to her community, volunteering with the Department of Children and Families to review foster care cases. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, exploring new bike paths, and reading.

Katarzyna J. Wennerberg

Attorney Kasia Wennerberg, born in Poland and emigrated to the United States in 1995, brings a unique and international perspective to her legal practice. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from Becker College in 2002 and went on to graduate from Massachusetts School of Law in 2005. Throughout college and law school, she gained valuable experience working as a real estate paralegal.

Shortly after completing her education, Kasia began her own practice, focusing on real estate, family law, and criminal law. In April 2023, she joined Pusateri & Pusateri, P.C., where she specializes in family law, landlord/tenant disputes, and other housing matters. Fluent in Polish and proficient in Russian, Kasia can effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her daughter ride horses.
