Meet Our Staff

Debbie was born and raised in Fitchburg, where she attended Fitchburg High School and excelled in track and field. After graduating, Debbie attended Montachusett Community College and began her career at Pusateri & Pusateri, P.C. in January 1989.

Over the past 35 years, she's been a steadfast presence in the firm. Beginning as a billing clerk, she quickly advanced to a paralegal role under Attorney Sylvia Pusateri, focusing on personal injury, workers' compensation, and estate planning. Today, Debbie primarily handles landlord/tenant disputes and estate planning. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing at her beach house and watching the Bruins.

Melissa earned her Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Becker College in 2000. Before graduating, she worked as a legal secretary in Worcester. After graduation, Melissa focused her paralegal career on family law matters and has continued in this field ever since.

She joined Pusateri & Pusateri, P.C. as a paralegal in May 2022. Melissa cherishes her time with her three children and granddaughter and loves cooking for her family.

Kelly Bourgoin holds an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Technology from Worcester Technical Institute. With extensive experience in professional client relations, including her role as an Alumni and Development Office Associate at The Winchendon School, Kelly joined Pusateri & Pusateri, P.C. to provide exceptional front-office support.

She greets clients, manages phone inquiries, takes payments, and ensures smooth office operations. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and their many rescue animals and loves crocheting.

Cheryl Pusateri graduated from Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She brings a wealth of experience from her roles in Sales, Marketing, and Management at NEBS/Deluxe Corp.

Additionally, Cheryl is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Nutrition Coach. When not working, Cheryl enjoys hiking, staying active, cooking, traveling, and watching her son play lacrosse.
