A Successful Start
The story of Pusateri & Pusateri, P.C. began in 1969 when Attorney Vincent Pusateri, Sr. opened a solo practice operating both in Fitchburg and from the basement of his Holden home. Shortly after establishing his practice, he partnered with then-attorney Phillip Murphy to form the firm of Murphy & Pusateri. This partnership marked the beginning of an era of growth and mentorship.
When Attorney Murphy was appointed to the bench, the firm became known as the Law Offices of Vincent Pusateri. Under Vincent Sr.’s leadership, the firm flourished, employing and mentoring up to seven attorneys at a time, many of whom have gone on to achieve successful careers as solo or small firm practitioners and even in the judiciary.
Family Legacy Begins
In 1987, the firm was renamed Pusateri & Pusateri, P.C. after Sylvia L. Pusateri’s admission to the bar. Sylvia joined her husband, bringing a unique perspective and expanding the firm’s capabilities.
Continuing Family Commitment
The commitment to family and community deepened with the addition of Vincent P. Pusateri, II in 1997, and Gina M. Pusateri in 2003, each contributing their expertise and passion for the law.
